Generous cassis flavors fill this currant cabernet. It’s inky and simple, a dark red to serve with roast lamb.

Ken’s Wine Guide
This dark ruby colored Cab opens with a mild red currant bouquet with a hint of dried cranberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild black currant and plum blend with a hint of oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins stick around for quite a while. This Cab would pair well with pot roast.
Robert Whitley, Wine Review Online
Doubtless one of the finest, if not the finest, $25 Cabs produced in the Napa Valley this vintage, the '08 Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits richness and complexity on the nose, with a lush palate of ripe black and red fruits, beautifully integrated tannins, and a tantalizing finish.
